TODAY’S GENERATION of business professionals are spoiled by technology. Letters have been replaced by e-mails, which in turn are deteriorated due to the proliferation of SMS communication. To make life easier templates are used, but often these templates are inappropriate due to mismatching tone, or contradictory statements. Take, for example, one hospital that “looks forward to seeing you again.” – the last thing a patient wants.
