What’s Been Happening at ClarkMorgan?
>>> It’s been a busy month at ClarkMorgan, with training in Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Dongguan, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. Here are a few of the clients who ‘evolved their people’ with ClarkMorgan in June.

Luxottica – Creating a Feedback Culture

Luxottica is the world’s largest eyewear company, controlling over 80% of the world’s major eyewear brands. In June the company launched a feedback culture program, with China taking the lead. Together with ClarkMorgan, Luxottica China developed a fully customised national program in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Dongguan, training over 280 senior managers and directors. Morry Morgan, Sai Yan, and Maggie Nee were involved in the customisation and training.


Wanda – Building a New Service Culture

Wanda is a Chinese conglomerate company with activities in real estate, tourism, hotels, and entertainment. It is headquartered in Beijing in China. In June, ClarkMorgan rolled out the ‘Brand Service Culture Training Program for Wanda Hotels & Resorts’, a program that was created by Jamie Dixon, Jeff Lunz, and Sai Yan.

Freescale – New Staff Readiness Program

Freescale is an American company that produces and designs embedded hardware, with 17 billion semiconductor chips in use around the world. In June, ClarkMorgan delivered the first part of the ‘New Staff Readiness Program’, designed specifically for the line managers. The course was designed by Morry Morgan and Sai Yan.

Danfoss – Presentation Skills

Danfoss is a global producer of cooling, air conditioning, heating buildings, controlling electric motors and powering mobile machinery components. The company is also active in the field of solar and wind power. This month, Jeff Lunz ran a presentation skills training program for 23 staff in their Beijing office.

Daimler – Problem Solving and Decision Making

Daimler is a German automobile manufacture owning brands that include Mercedez-Benz and Smart. ClarkMorgan has been providing ongoing training and development programs for the company since 2009 and this month Rupert Munton was invited to Daimler to provide a two-day ‘Problem Solving and Decision Making’ program.
