What’s Been Happening at ClarkMorgan?
>>> “Variety is the spice of life”, and ClarkMorgan definitely spiced up this month by providing a wide range of training programs across Asia Pacific. Here’s a look at a small selection:

HNA Tourism – Management Fundamentals

HNA Tourism was founded in Beijing in 2007 and includes aviation, hotels, tourism finance and tours. Rupert Munton completed two days of Management Fundamentals training, as part of an 18 month program for 21 high potential future leaders. This is stage one, with Intermediate Management, Mini MBA, and Advanced Management to follow.

Johnson & Johnson – Emerging Leaders Forum

Johnson & Johnson is an American multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturer founded in 1886. The company has prospered due to its investment in research and development, and it was the R&D group from Johnson & Johnson’s Asia-Pacific region that attended the Emerging Leaders Forum in Bangkok, Thailand. A team of four ClarkMorgan staff, including Maggie Nee and Morry Morgan, conducted pre-event filming, managed all forum activities including key note speeches, and produced a final forum video that capped-off an exciting 2.5 days.

Li & Fung – Presentation Skills

Li & Fung is a publicly listed, global sourcing firm, founded in Guangzhou in 1906. Today, the company is headquartered in Hong Kong and has over 20 billion US dollars in annual revenue. ClarkMorgan has been training Li & Fung staff since 2007. This month, veteran ClarkMorgan trainer, Patrick McDonald, delivered Presentation Skills.

InterContinental Hotels Group – Improving Problem Solving

IHG is a British multinational hotels company headquartered in Denham, United Kingdom. The company has over 670,000 rooms and 4,600 hotels across 100 countries, with brands including Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and InterContinental. In this program, 15 trainees from sales & marketing, as well as communications, were brought together to improve their problem solving capabilities. ClarkMorgan trainer, Sai Yan, conducted the training in Shanghai.

Morgan Stanley – Influencing Skills

ClarkMorgan has been providing training to Morgan Stanley since 2007. This division of Morgan Stanley is responsible for supporting the entire global team with IT development and support, and consists of offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, and Seoul. In this training Morry Morgan provided a half-day Influencing Skills program in the Shanghai office.
