What’s Been Happening at ClarkMorgan?
>>> In December, we filmed our 200th ClarkMorgan Insights video – Annie Xu, HR Director of Tektronix. Her Insight, titled ‘Motivate Staff by Different Tools’ is one of literally hundreds of videos that ClarkMorgan has filmed of business leaders across Asia Pacific. These video insights complement the ClarkMorgan training programs and add a layer of current and regional expertise unique to ClarkMorgan. And talking about training programs, here are a selection of programs that we ran in December:

Austrade – Negotiation Skills

ClarkMorgan has been providing corporate training for Austrade (Australian Trade Commission) since 2011, and has run programs for Austrade in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. This month Maggie Nee ran a one day Negotiation Fundamentals program in Shanghai, which included a pre-course survey, pre-course telephone interviews, customised activities and case studies, eTipCards and a final training report. Maggie’s most recent post on negotiation skills is called ‘Forget win-win. Aim for win-win-win‘.

Luxottica – Team Collaboration Program

Luxottica is the world’s largest eyewear company, controlling over 80% of all major eyewear brands. ClarkMorgan has been supporting Luxottica in Shanghai, Dongguan, Hong Kong and Singapore. In December, Yan Sai ran a Team Building program for Luxottica’s Service Centre team in Dongguan, southern China. The one day program improved communication and team work, and combined ClarkMorgan’s traditional classroom training programs with highly engaging team building activities including Picture smART – one of ClarkMorgan’s most popular team building programs.

Goodyear – Presentation Fundamentals

Goodyear is an American manufacturing company founded in 1898 and today is an 18 billion US dollar company with over 72,000 employees. This month ClarkMorgan bi-lingual trainer, Jamie Dixon, provided a two-day Presentation Fundamentals program for 14 local Chinese and international Goodyear staff in Shanghai.

Li & Fung – Advanced Presentations

Li & Fung was founded in 1906 and today is a 20 billion US dollar company with over 28,000 staff worldwide. ClarkMorgan has been training Li & Fung staff since 2007 in a range of programs, and this month ClarkMorgan co-founder, Morry Morgan ran a one day Advanced Presentations course with senior Li & Fung managers.
