Part of the Leadership & Management course series

Creating a Meaningful Feedback Culture

Recognition in the workplace has been shown to reduce staff turnover, increase the depth of the talent pool, and drive performance of an organisation. But how does a leader provide both positive and negative (constructive) feedback across varying cultures and personalities. This one day course will provide you with the practical skills necessary to motivate all types of staff, whether they be high, medium or low performers.
Each module is based on the ClarkMorgan TAPE methodology, which ensures that trainees are guided as they practice the new skills, and are evaluated before moving onto the next module.
