Part of the Leadership & Management course series

Management Fundamentals

Managers must innovate, be original and develop. A manager focuses on people and inspires them with trust. They have a long-range perspective and have their eyes on the horizon. These concepts are taught in the Management Fundamentals course.
Each module is based on the ClarkMorgan TAPE methodology, which ensures that trainees are guided as they practice the new skills, and are evaluated before moving onto the next module.
