The Wallbreakers® leadership simulation integrates seminal change management theories—including John Kotter’s 8-Step Process, Rick Maurer’s Three Levels of Resistance, Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence framework, DISC behavioral styles, and MBTI personality theory—to address both operational and human dimensions:
