Dominic C. has over 20 years of experience in management consulting and operation in Asia. He has worked for several prominent international and Asia companies in business consulting, technology, and education.

Dominic’s goal is to deliver positive, substantial, and long-lasting impact to trainees.

Dominic is an associate professor at the Business School of Chinese University of Hong Kong and the associate director of the EMBA programme. He was the co-CEO of a-connect (China), a professional staffing firm, the China country manager of Englishtown.com, a global e-learning company (an EF group company), and senior executive of several technology ventures.

Before that, Dominic was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, a leading global management consulting firm, advising corporation in Asia on strategic issues.

He is a frequent speaker at investment conferences, technology, and business seminars as well as universities. Dominic is a corporate trainer, executive coach, and university visiting lecturer in Hong Kong and China, covering a wide range of professional training and teaching on business skills, IT infrastructure, e-marketing, and independent consulting work.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Dominic studied and worked in the United Kingdom for over 12 years. He has lived and worked in China and South Korea for extensive periods. Dominic is the author of the books My Cambridge Days and Dream Journey For Two.
