Glenn has extensive experience in leadership development and cross-cultural management as well as helping global teams work effectively in the ever-increasing global environment. In the past ten years, he has delivered over 1,200 days of workshops in Greater China, Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Korea, India, and Malaysia.
Glenn has passion and enthusiasm for collaborative learning and people development. He has worked on assessment and development centers for Kemira, Hilton, Novartis, and Swire Beverage to help identify future and potential leaders. He has designed and delivered talent-development programmes that incorporate action learning for clients such as Continental Automotive, Umicore, BASF, Chanel, and Evonik. Some of Glenn’s other current clients include Ericsson, Richemont, Hewlett Packard, Fonterra, Roche, Honeywell, and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Glenn is Australian and has lived and worked in Asia for more than 30 years. He has a unique understanding of the challenges organisations have when doing business in Asia.
