Wilson is a facilitator, speaker and human resource management consultant, who has more than 20 years of corporate experience working in China in various multinational companies.

His last corporate role was Vice President in Talent Development and Diversity & Inclusiveness at Morgan Stanley Asia, where he spent a decade advising the investment bank’s executives in the area of talent management.

Wilson started his facilitator career 20 years ago as a part time internal trainer in Novartis China, where he acted as a marketing and sales specialist and discovered his passion in facilitating training programs.

He has been described as data driven, practical and engaging trainer.

Wilson is based in Shanghai and lives with his partner and their daughter.
