Jason has been coaching and developing leaders for the majority of his 25-year career. His focus has been on delivering innovative interventions that enable leaders to reflect on and improve their leadership ability. Having led teams in multinational corporations over the last ten years, Jason has a wealth of experiences from which to draw. He is passionate about helping people grow and improving their business performance, having led teams himself.

Specializing in the design and delivery of bespoke leadership development programmes and coaching senior leaders, Jason builds rapport quickly with leaders at all levels, enabling a trusted environment where unresourceful mindsets can be challenged.

He has been described as “consultative,” “challenging,” “engaging,” “relevant,” and “practical.”

He has extensive experience in facilitating leadership, management, and professional skills programmes across the Asia-Pacific region, including China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. In other regions, he has facilitated programmes in North America and EMEA. Jason is Australian. His home is in Hong Kong where he lives with his wife and their two sons.
